to pray more when you are in need or when you are fulfilled ? why ?

i know that i should pray regardless of my situation, but i tend to pray more when i'm in need or a family member is in need.

I pray everyday as a general rule. Usually before getting out of the house and before falling asleep. Most of the time, I am just being thankful and wanting to lovingly "Give A Shout Out" to my Wonderful Creator.
But then there are the other times when I am in crisis or confused or beating myself up over something and those kinds of prayers are (fortunately) becoming less frequent.
Everyone is different and I don't think it really matters if someone is always asking God for things. It is not like God has a LIMITED amount of abundance or love to share. Pray how you feel.

I pray always, however when I am going through some kind of tribulation I might say an extra prayer. I sometimes do something extra like walk with my Rosary and refrain from sinning as much as I can whenever I am in need of God's help.

I pray all the time. In the car... While doing the dishes... When I'm having trouble with homework... When a guy I like talks to me... When I feel lonely.. When I feel happy... or When I just want to talk to someone.
You see, I talk to Jesus as a friend. Do you only talk to your friends when you are in need? Probably not. You tell them about everything, good or bad. That is what I do with Jesus.

bacause this is whats right even when there isn't enything to pray about you can still pray for the things that r going to happen in your future you should also pray more then you think you should for the good and bad things in life because sometimes things have to go wrong to be good

We all have a tendancy to call upon the name of the Lord when things are bad....
But I make sure to do it regardless of the good or the bad....
