I'm an artistic person, and I love tattoos. But the tattoos I have are important to me. I have a cross tattooed on the top of my wrist and it's serves as a memory for my great grandfather who was a pastor. On my ankle I have a butterfly, in memory of my best friend who was very free-spirited. I want to get a tattoo in memory of my daughter Nicole, but I'm not sure what to get or where to have it put at. Plzzz Help??? Provide details and why it would fit to serve as a memory to Nikki. Thanks.

I miscarried with Nikki, I did name a star after her. Her RIP date is 12-3-06

I like the idea of little footprints. It would be like indicating she was your child and she left her "footprint" on you even though she was a baby when she died. You could also tie-in the religious story of "Footprints", in you're religious (a man was walking through the beach one day thinkinking about his life. when he went over the good times he saw two sets of footprints in the sand, one was his and the other was God's. When he went over the low-points in his life he realized there was only one set. He asked God why, when he needed Him most, He would abandon him. God replied, "During your most difficult times, it was then that I carried you") as a nod to how God helped you through that time in your life (like I said, if you are religious)
I'm sorry about your loss.

I don't know Nikki's age, so I'm not sure this applies. Maybe something that was meaningful to her. For example, my sister got a tattoo of an orchid in memory of my grandmother, since that was her favorite flower.

No one here knows Nikki and you provide no details. Just think of what she liked, an animal, a flower, a mythical creature, or think of what she means to you, something you could relate her to, a star or a sun if she lit your life, or a bird if she was a free spirit, or a lion if she was strong, etc.

You could get 2 "forget me not" flowers. They're a small blue flower with a yellow middle, the same one i'm getting for a similar reason.

I am so sorry to hear about your daughter :-(
Perhaps her name spelled out in baby blocks. That will typically signify a child... no matter what age.
