Sell all that you own, give the money to the poor, and pick up your cross and follow Christ. When you have given all, then you can claim all and no one can dispute you. If you are a child of God, then you are an inheritor of everything, therefore you own everything equally with Christ. You actually own nothing because you create nothing. it is God that creates and gives----we merely use by his grace.

There are many refrences to giving. If you look up giving in the concordance of the bible, you will see many passages about giving.
One to find that I can't find in mine is God loves a cheerful giver. That's a favorite of mine because we should give cheerfully as Christ gave Himself up for us as a ransom for our garbage.
The bible is very clear on giving, we should give wholeheartedly, and not hold back.

2 Cor 9:7 Let each one do just as he has purposed in his heart; not grudgingly or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver.

That God will get mad when the giver and the receiver are from the same gender, or when the giver hits the receiver in the wrong, unreproductive channel.
That's basically what I understood.

Don't give unless the person admits they are a dog.
The woman came and knelt before him. “Lord, help me!” she said. He replied, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to their dogs.” “Yes, Lord,” she said, “but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters’ table.” Then Jesus answered, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

No. All you need to know is it is His in the first place and He is the final author of whatever comes. You ... are the middle man in question of test.
