Girls SAY they want a guy who's sweet, sincere, caring, honest, loyal, faithful, ect. Even a little cultured and with good taste. Well...
I am sweet, sincere, very kind, extremely monogamous, I like little lap dogs, I drink Starbucks coffee, I'm very cultured. I like art exhibits, theatre, musicals, symphonies, concerts, film festivals, all kinds of music. I even play 3 instruments myself. I keep a nice appearance. I dress well and I have good taste. My house is even decorated in modern Asian decor, and I keep it very clean. I'm intelligent, and goal oriented (I'm studying clinical laboratory science in college).
So..with all that being said, you'd think I'd be a great catch, right? So, tell me WHY then EVERYONE ASSUMES I'M GAY???

You sound like a perfect catch. And gay, let me explain. You try to be intellectual and that is great. I love a guy who wants to learn. Stupidity is frustrating and downright pointless. That isnt bad at all. You may be sweet, sincere, and kind. But a girl wants a guy with some testosterone in him as well. We want you to have control sometimes. We want you to get upset because that jack *** just cut you off. Its cute. You like little dogs. Thats a little over the top. If you had said you liked dogs it would be fine. Maybe thats just because i hate little dogs. Im a lab girl. And boxers rock too. I drink starbucks, but i dont know another guy who wants to waste the 5 bucks. But its just coffee. No big deal. The asian decor is a little too much aswell. Keep it classic and a shirt thrown over the couch is hot. Im not saying get dirty though. Nothing gay about being clean. What three instruments you play might add to either side. Guitar, bass, drums - hot, piano, violin, flute - gay. Get where im going with this? Its not how much of a great catch you are. Its being a little mysterious, and there may be some things you do a little to well that takes away from any mystery and just says "uptight". Loosen up, leave a shirt on the couch, tone down from modern asian to classic college guy, go out with bed head, be smart but not in your face smart, and stick to movies and keep plays ect to special occassions. I wouldnt enjoy a play, or any of that stuff. I am a simple, classic, big dog loving lady, and i want a man that will get dirty! Good luck.

LOL it's the lap dogs that does it. you need to go get yourself a rott. as a matter of fact, rotts often act much like lap dogs, just in a bigger package. pitt bulls even moreso. just make sure you train them well.

the truth is, girls want guys that are all the things you list but also have some testosterone and like stupid guy things like trucks, lifting weights, boxing, whisky, whatever. big shoulders and all of that. we want to feel protected. that's just the way it is.

and you shouldn't expect people to ask if you are gay. i mean if swomebody even gets to the point of asking that question they are probably 90% sure the answer is yes. why don't you flirt a little (or a LOT). then people won't have to ask.

well, it sounds to me a bit boring. no offence, and im sure you're a great guy, but dont you ever just go wild some times. go do something spontaneous, like base jumping (well maybe too extreme for you) but you get the picture! you need to liven up!!! life is lived through excitement! dont dress so neat, dress down a little. walk relaxed and cool.
