IM SO MAD IM CRYING!!! last friday..our dance was cancelled so i asked me bf if hes going this friday(today) he said of course!!....well today my friend made sur ehe is. and hes not!! he doesnt even bother telling me. and hes going tohis dads. one friend said to him wat u dont wanna go? he said no i do. then she told him if he wanted to go he'd try to ask his dad to let him. then my friend whos a guy says he thinks he doesnt like me anymore and that he doesnt care about me!!! im crying like my eyes out. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR 4 WHOLE MONTHS!

4 months from now you will have a new bf who treats you with a lot more respect and consideration.......four months from now, it won't matter. This will happen over and over again (THE HEARTBREAKS) Until you settle down with "The one" Don't waste your time getting too invested in a guy until you are in college or graduate school. In the meantime, get your hair and nails done, kick your box of kleenex to the corner, and have the best time ever at that dance flirting with this guys best friends. Well, first up if some guy tells you he doesn't like you, I don't think you should believe it. Secondly, maybe he does want to come but his dad's not letting him. Thirdly, I know dances are important for girls like you and me, they're just not that important for guys. Maybe you should compromise this time and do something you both enjoy next week! Plus, I think you should just make it a girls night out with some of your girlfriends, trust me when you're pissed with the guys, there's no better date than a girl!

Id calm down if I were you. Your guy friend probably has no idea what hes talking about. And your date still said he wanted to go. He probably just got caught up with family stuff and cant make it. Maybe he got in trouble and doesnt want to tell you that he cant go. Whatever the case is, if he finds out youre freaking out and sending all your friends around to find out whats up...it'll probably freak him out. I dont see why you dont just ask him yourself, thats the only way you can hear it for yourself.

Talk to your Boyfriend instead of your friend. Find out whats really going on. Maybe he had promised his Father he would be there for a special occasion and its not his fault the dance was canceled the week before. Just talk to him before it eats you up inside. He did tell your friend that he really did want to go, so that shows he really cares about you.

maybe he doesn't want to go but doesn't have the guts to tell you. it doesn't sound like he's your BF if he can't even communicate with you. sounds like your both pretty young. at that age, most boys have no idea how to tell a girl bad news that they know will upset her. so instead, you have to hear from his friends what he's thinking.
bottom line, this guy doesn't sound like he cares for you as much as he should. no matter how immature a guy is, if they like a girl, they will bend over backwards to please them. my advice, move on sweety. i know how you're feeling now, believe me, i went through similar situations in elementary school & highschool. it's hard when you're so young to accept that a guy who says he likes you really doesn't care about you the way he should. please try & talk with your girlfriends. just call them up & cry when you need to. he's really not worth any attention from you. i'd say ignore him from now on. there isn't much else you can do. if you confront him & he acts like a jerk, you'll feel even worse. good luck

Honey, you don't need a guy to have a good time at the dance, you just go in there knowing that you are looking good and you are ready to dance, who knows maybe you will find a guy that really notices you!! Just have fun even if it is only with girlfriends!! Guys will do that kinda stuff all your life and you just have to learn to make it fun anyway (trust me I was married to a guy that lived to make my plans ruined!!)

i think you need to calm down, all you are hearing is hearsay you need to talk to your bf your self before you get all the facts right maybe there is more to the story that you are not getting you always go right to the source in these type of situations. maybe he is just confused or is being made to go to his dads house try talking to him and see what is up maybe you guys can just hang out or something too, best of luck.

maybe your bf wants to go,but he does not see his dad very often so when he gets the chance be supportive of him,could be he feels bad and did not know how to tell you because he wants to go and can't,call your bf and see what he says.
