Topically there is not much you can do. You need to focus on getting appropriate nutrients that feeds the body and hair. Lustrous hair begins from within. Eat foods high in zinc, selenium, protein ,omega 3, and b-vitamins. A great multivitamin is at www.invitehealth.com. Also, don' t think supplements with suffice. You need to eat nutritious food daily for optimum health Good Luck :)

Nioxin has a full line of hair shampoos and products as well as vitamins for thinning hair. They provide the nutrients needed to keep the hair you have, and the products help with the image of fuller hair. There is NO product that can re-grow the hair that is already gone.
