It depends on several factors. How cool is the room? If you put the meat out over ice, it will be good for several hours. If you want to serve it warm, maintaining a temperature of 150 degrees will keep it safe much longer.
If the meat is in a sauce containing soy sauce, sugar, honey or if it's salted, it will also remain fresher longer.
The answer? Your food should be fine for at least two hours at room temperature if it's well done. Remember that it only takes 1/2 hour for bacteria to start to grow in raw meat, though. Seafood and mayonnaise or anything containing raw egg should be kept on ice.
Please check out the source below for some more information. Thousands of people in the US get food poisoning each year and don't even realize it. That "stomach flu" may not be the flu at all! It's okay for most of us, but it could really hurt people who's immune systems are not working well. Better safe than sorry!

Any food that gets into "The Zone" (40- to 140-degrees F) and stays there for longer than 2 hours is suspect. In the zone, harmful bacteria in the environment will find an excellent growth medium. Some foods are worse than others. If your container was fairly sterile, and hasn't been opened since it was packed (preferably packed hot), then you have a better chance of preventing harmful growth.
Rule of thumb: Keep foods out of the zone and you'll be much happier.

I am assuming you mean like out on the table and not out like as in the refrigerator......I would say about three hours would be the max I would leave some pork out on the counter......it depends a lot on how cool the place you are leaving it out is.......My guess without any more info than that is about three hours max and then stick it in the fridge.......you can leave it out longer if it is in a slow cooker with a lid on low though!

Not recommended at all but if it does come to room temp, refrigerate it asap. I would say four hours max - but pork - never pork!
