I would say a nice fat greasy doner kebab, they are loaded with trans-fats, gorgeous though!

Indian food too, especially curries with cream in them, and then there's KFC.

Tandoori chicken on the bone, boiled rice and salad should be ok if you're on a diet though

Actually yoghurt is not the reason indian is the worst, yoghurt does have fat but actually not that much! It's the creamy bases that makes Indian the worst!

kormas are definitley the worsed option- i know form my weight watchers book. and surprisingly doner kebabs aren't all that bad (well yes they're bad but not the worsed thing as many expect) as long as they're not dripping with fat.

Black pudding and chips. Wall to wall deep fried and the black pudding is megafat in addition to the blood.

indian food is laden with calories.this is because their base sauces are made up with yoghurt based ingredients high if fat.
