I think an olive skin complexion looks good with almost any hair color. People with fair skin usually look bad with too dark hair or too light hair. I think olive complexion looks good with dark brown to red and even some blonde shades.

Dark browns (think chocolate) will look most natural (usually) but without seeing the actual person's coloring it's a difficult thing to answer definitively.
