Go check to see if you have a bladder infection... If so, it's no big deal unless you go untreated then it can damage your kidneys...you have to get antibiotics...

Don't take my word though, go see a doctor right away.

You should see a doctor as soon as possible. It is hard for any of us to say what could be the problem. In the meantime, drink some warm apple juice to stimulate your bowels and drink a lot of water too. If you don't drink enough water you will not only make your intestines sluggish but you will also have a hard time urinating. It could be a number of things, you need to see a doctor.

What is wrong is you haven't been to a doctor.

It is either physical or stress related.

For constipation, add natural fiber to your diet. Go to a health store.

As far as emptying your bladder, you might have an enlarged prostate. It usually happens to men over 50. You might in too much of a hurry to empty. Try sitting down to pee.
