i go to this nightclub every week and ive never had a problem getting in.. last week the bouncers decided to stop me and ask me for age i.d. - i had been told that night by friends there were police coming to do a raid on the nightclub and were i.d'ing everyone... i have no idea if this was the reason they didnt let me in last week out of the other 20-30 times where ive had no trouble with the bouncers.. but im going to a close friends party tonight.. and im worried theyll do it again .. is there any tips you could give me on preventing them asking me for i.d. again? thanks x

If you were old enough to be going into this club you wouldnt be worried about being asked for ID. Leave clubbing to people who are old enough. You obviously dont realise how annoying it is being in a club, having kids who arent old enough to be there and who cant handle their drink. 9 out of 10 times they get gobby and try and start a fight, then end up throwing up everywhere

best thing to do is borrow someones id card if the bouncers only care about not getting in trouble by the cops as long as you have id you should be fine so don't worry about looking just like the person in the id just make sure you memorize the id just in case like the addresses and etc.

Look old enough so they wont ask you! OR stay away from places your not old enough to go into...there's an age limit for a reason!

bringing a bottle of beer with you should work. They will tell you to ditch the bottle but at least you will get in.
