If you are physically able to get to the pond, and get a hook in the water, then the answer is yes, you can.
If you are really asking is are you legally able to fish in your pond, or may you fish in your pond, that is a different question. The answer to that will likely be yes only if you actually own the pond and/or the land surounding or abutting it, and on what the local laws or regulations regarding fishing rights are. Your local game warden will be best qualified to answer that question.

1)There are fish in your pond
2)The fish are big enough (ie no Koi ponds)
3) You have the equipment
4)you know how to fish
5)you own the pond

Sure you can but i suggest you add some structure Boulders,Log piles.etc.. and practice catch and release most of the time Keeping some small fish for dinner is OK but leave the large spawners to do their thing to keep a well balanced system.GOOD LUCK and KEEP FISHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
