Try eating really small portions of food you like(d), 5-6 times a day.
Eat a banana for breakfast, yogurt for snack, small sandwich for lunch,... Stuff like that. And gradually increase your food intake.
You don't have to eat fatty foods or junk food.
If you eat something healthy, you'll worry less about counting calories, I hope.

Food should be loved! Its horrible to feel like that, you can make a really healthy tasty meal without feeling guilty, you just need to be more approachable to trying to be "healthy" rather than calorie count, which are 2 totally different things, calorie counting devoids you of any enjoyment in my opinion. I suggest writing a shopping list which includes,1) breakfast ingredients 2)lunches 3)evening meals 4) snacks, then buy only healthy choices like vegs, fruit, nuts, eggs, low fat cheese, wholemeal bread, lean meat and fish etc and choose what sort of things you can cook/make, adding loads of herbs for flavour. This way you know what youve got in stock is always heathy and you wont be tempted by crap because you dont buy any.

I think you may want to look into getting treatment for anorexia. I'm not saying you are, but you have many of the symptoms and people who are trained to deal with that specific eating disorder may be able to help you overcome the symptoms. They can also help you get back on track with eating properly.

i think you have an eating disorder (the mental side has remained). i suggest you seek professional advice. this is also symptomatic of a person with low self esteem! you need to learn to love yourself and then loving food again.....Mmmm!

This has become more psychological, than physical. You need the help of a counselor and a good nutritionist.

maybe it's because you have a viral infection, do you vomit sometimes after eating? go see the doctor, but generally a viral infection clears on its own
