MBT Shoes, What do you think?

Question

I have a pair of mbt's and LOVE them. But, I have a friend who has knee problems and has had knee surgery. Have any of you with knee surgery or problems tried MBT's? What did you think.

I've actually been wanting to try them for awhile (but, have been skeptical b/c of the price) but, I may just give them a try since you said you really like them (a real person vs. just what the "people" on their web-site say)
