Honestly,how important is it that the guy drive a nice car?I really don't care if you're completely honest,I'll just get an idea of how shallow some of you are.Another question is,is it required that the guy has a car?In other words,are you okay with not fulfilling societal standards about who should drive?

I'm 19,and won't be able to get a car until next year.I have good reasoning.1.I don't have a parent that will give me one.I need to work for it.2.I had a bad accident with my brother,and it kept me from working for 6 months.Then I quit my next job after dealing with my pothead managers for another 6 months.I have some money saved up,but have a long way to go...a year to be exact.When I am with girls,I usually get a ride with the girl,or my friends drive me.

Although,I will definatly be asked to work at a new coffeeshop around here.I was the 1st to apply...but it's not built yet.

Depends on why you dot have a car i drive my b/f places but if he didnt have one i would wonder why and as long as they car is a complete peice of crap and has a cd player and fuctioning doors and windows than who cares

I have a car. I love my car. I care about my car. You should have a car. It doesnt need to be nice because if its embarrassing then i will drive my own car - like i said i love my car. I think a guy should be equal to me. So if ive accomplished something he should too. Before I had my car it wouldnt have been a big deal, i have two legs. But since ive accomplished that mark in my life then he should be at or beyond that mark as well. I want a man that is the man in the relationship and can support me even if i will always be independant. Minimally you shouldat least have your license!

girls who like nice things (i.e. money) like nice cars. girls who are not so concerned with that would probably not be put off by either a nice car or an old car, as long as the old car was decently clean. about if you should have a car? well if there is an actual good reason why you don't have a car at the moment, the girl can probably deal with it if she likes you. If she doesn't know you at all or if she's not that into you she will most likely not put up with it. please do not expect a girl who is not in love with you to come pick you up and drive you around. that is not gona happen, and if it does it will be a girl who thinks she can't get anybody else. it is demeaning to the girl. not that this exactly makes logical sense, but it is just one way you let the girl know if you are interested in keeping her around or if you just want to milk everything you can get out of the relationship at once. if you don't have a car, please use public transportation or whatever to get as close to wherever as you can before asking her to pick you up. and please try to get a car as soon as possible. unless you are okay with always taking public transportation and not making a practice of asking her to pick you up. she is not your mother.

It doesn't really matter to me if the guy has a car or not and no it doesn't have to be a nice car for me I mean my ex boyfriend drove a skyhawk! I mean it doesn't really matter, but girls like to show off.

Girls do care about cars, in my opinion. I don't know a girl who wants to date a guy and have his mom drop them off or take the bus to a date. We want our guys to be able to take us out and it shows a small measurement of success and what you spend your money on.

i care about cars. Not saying that i wouldnt date a man who didnt have one but i would prefer the guy to have a car.

girls don't want to be sitting in a damn bus while on a date... and even if they say... "it doesn't matter"... it does. so get yourself a nice car buddy and give the girls a ride and i promise you... you will get a ride.
