I am, but then again I work 24/7. I am a stay at home mom. My four month old is helping me answer this question:)

As a freelance artist with a home studio who's currently sitting at the computer I use to create art with a working file open on the desktop, I suppose you could say I am at work.
On the other hand, I am dressed in pajamas and a bathrobe, which is definitely NOT synonymous with "work" for most people.
So really, it's your call. :-)
