there is a HUGE crater like hole in his face. what should he do?

keep it clean +dry and get some neosporin ointment at the drug store and that will heal it and make the hole close,,,,LOL

It sounds like it wasn't a pimple but something else, and that it was infected. He should make sure that he keeps the area clean and dry, and does not use any harsh soaps/medicines on it. If it does not start to heal up within a day or two, or becomes painful, then he should see his doctor.
