why don't they put giblets in the chickens now

I find if you buy the smaller "frying" chickens they don't but if I buy a larger "roasting" chicken you will fing the giblets in it.

Aside from the livers which they sell separately, the rest of the chicken giblets aren't big enough to do anything with, but I'm beginning to wonder now why they just don't at least put 'em in there so we have the option.

The main reason is because they figure that if they sell them separately they will make more money. Check the freezer section of your local store. They should have some if you are jonesing bad for a fix of giblets!

i buy my chickens whole at costco and they still have the giblets in them...
