Keep in mind that Lupus affects people differently and the symptoms do not present the same in all cases. You need to see a Doctor of internal medicine for testing they will be able to treat you. But, do not delay Lupus can be a serious disease depending what part of the body it affects.

Lupus is an auto immune disease that affects your white cell count and blood clotting factors when you get pregnant. I should know I have Lupus unfortunately. Everyone has different symptoms mine are being tired constantly, joint aches and pains, getting sick more easily e.g. not getting over a cold in a week but it may take me two. There are medications which are steroids to take once you have been diagnosed by blood tests, and you will probably be seen by a specialist to let you know whats going on.

Lupus means wolf. The disease, systemic lupus erythematosus or disseminated lupus erythematosus is called so because it devours the body like a wolf. It is an autoimmune disorder, i.e. the body makes antibodies against its own tissues. It presents with a skin rash. there is a typical butterfly rash on the face. There is anemia, low platelet count with bleeding. There may be urinary symptoms like blood in the urine. There may be neurological involvement with convulsions. There may be fever and an enlarged liver and spleen. In blood tests, ANA and anti double- stranded DNA antibodies are present. Treatment is with steroids and cytotoxic drugs.

This is too long to fully answer here! But--when people say "lupus" they usually mean systemic lupus erythematosus, an autoimmune disease (meaning your immune system attacks your own body). The symptoms are variable. Wikipedia has a well-sourced overview with links:
