whole wheat pasta noodle with diced tomato? i did a twenty minute strength training workout dvd. it's lunch time! lol! i'm kind of craving that. what do you think?

While it is a good idea to incorporate some carbs and fiber in particular after your workout (which makes the whole wheat pasta a pretty good choice) you also need to add some protein to that meal if you're going to have any muscle growth. Try to add about 3oz of a lean meat to that meal, or a whey protein shake.

if you really really crave something like pasta noodles whole wheat is the way to go, but have some protein as well so it can help your muscles develop after all that strength training. dont worry if you think protein + strength training = me being a bulky women! because women dont have enough testosterone to be bulky like men so youll only end up looking tonned and very sexy indeed! good luck with the training

you should have the pasta before the work out because of the carb factor, but it is not bad. You need some protein after a workout so do a skinless chicken breast next time.

Sounds Ok just add some protein, tuna or lean chicken

Well that will give you a great energy boost but its not a fat busting food combination eat some.....stir fry tofu and sprout with with soya sauce. its low in calories and filling

Add salt and pepper!!
