unfortunately, my marriage which I entered into 'in good faith' fell apart, and I have to file to have the conditions removed on my reisdence. I don't have a lot of supporting evidence so far...does anyone have any experience with this. ANY advice would be appreciated...my divorce won't even be finalised until after I file the I-751, which I understand could be a problem too. HELP!

You have to apply for a waiver so the conditions will be removed and your husband does not need to be present. In good faith means you have evidence like people can write you a letter saying that you where living together, any doc like bank-accounts,rent ,mortgage.Good luck.

You need an experienced immigration attorney to guide you through the process. Without strong evidence (understand, evidence, not just accusations) of abuse in the marriage the odds are you'll be deported.
