Never use online translation sites - they are rubbish and get it wrong. Check it out one day!

'der Massenverkauf?' or 'der Großeinkauf?' (= bulk buying)
or
'Kaufen Sie en gros?' (= buying in bulk) [Edit: this might look un-german, but it's in the LEO online dictionary. If it bothers you, you can also say 'Kaufen Sie in großen Mengen?']
I would go with 'Kaufen Sie...?' if I were you.
Fragen Sie uns nach kostenloser Lieferung. (= ask us about...)
or
Erkundigen Sie sich nach kostenloser Lieferung. (= enquire about...)
Online translators are definitely absolute rubbish. The website dict.leo.org is brilliant for things like this, though. It's an online dictionary, and there's also a forum where you can ask anything that the dictionary can't help you with. Most of the people who use the forums are professional translators, so their suggestions are usually pretty good.
