I think Bruce Lee would easily kick their butts. Jet Li is a good fighter but not on the same level as Bruce. Jackie Chan is more of a cartoon fighter.

Jet Li no doubt.
LOL, yea, Jackie Chan is a cartoon fighter!

The only way Jackie Chan would win was to make the other two laugh really hard so they couldn't fight anymore...
That leaves Jet Li and Bruce Lee. I'm sticking with the original. Bruce Lee would tear Jet Li to pieces. With or without special effects...

Jet Li and Jackie Chan are ACTORS not fighters. Bruce Lee was the true fighter.

Yes their is. Their is a few, their is this one woman young, nicknamed the "Mouse" and was in Kickboxer III or IV she has been in a few films. Not super popular yet, but ive seen her in tournaments run by USAKF and AAU and she is good in form so I can see why she was chosen. Then you cannot forget the 80's and early 90's with Cynthia Rothrock. SHe made A LOT of B rated MA films. Other than that I cannot think of any others Lucy Lui but I am not sure how much of hers is real MA and how much is Hollywood. There are many great female MA but as to why they are not famous i cannot say, that may not stay that way long. In my only opinion I can think of is that the arts were a male dominated art for so many centuries that woman are only in the last couple centuries being allowed to learn the arts openly so maybe that has something to do with it, you cannot go back to the 1900's and 1800's and find female Grandmasters of the era. Today I am sure you can find female masters, I know a few Shihans personally.

AMEN brother sapboi

Master Bruce Lee was a true gift to the world. Few people have the impact on a nation that he had. Master Ed Parker help to introduce him to America. They both had very simular ideals and ideas about martial arts.

Not taking anything away from the others. They did not overcome and change the way america views martial arts. The prejuduce alone was crazy back then.. Plus the challenges he faced at home for teaching the white man.

The world was a different place back then he helped to change it.

if your basis for your opinion on bruce lee's fighting skills (or any of the others for that matter) is his movies in hollywood then let me politely say that you don't have a damn clue about what you are talking.

Please go find some sparring videos of all three of them then make an educated guess rather than one that smells like mr. hankey.

Congratulations ROADKILL FOR YOU!

EDIT: bruce did NOT win any competitions, he never competed.

EDIT:2 they are ALL actors. They studied martial arts on the side or before. none of them have any fight records or competiton. Movie fighting is different from real martial arts training and fighting. in the movies they want to telegraph what happened so the audience can see it and be entertained, in real fighting you don't want to telegraph the moves you want to be "covert" to trick your opponent or at least so they can't see what you are doing.

EDIT3: do any of you have any clue what bruce lee's skill was actually like aside from your dreams of licking his balls?
Seriously, NO one knows how good he was or wasn't, all you can do is give a critique of his stregths and weaknesses.
Are people really that stupid?
Seriously do any of you even know the "concept" or his theory behind the "way of the intercepting fist" (ok a 2 year old can take an educated guess from the title), can you figure out why it was inherently flawed in the context he taught it?

no one is arguing that the man was not phyisically fit, or that the man promoted head target sparring (which is good), but use some real facts people.

that all you nut huggers can smell his *** hole in your dreams is not a fact- its not even an opinion about his skill or lack thereof- you simply base your ideas on how far you can get your nose up there.

All of them are amazing martial artists, but only Bruce Lee did have actual competition fighting. Jet Li won many wushu form competitions, but none of them with actual sparring, just forms. Jackie Chan is trained but never actually fought either.

Bruce Lee would win, on the basis the he is the only who won tournaments with actual fighting

Why do people insist on bringing the LAte Master Bruce Lee's name into this twisted world of nonsense?

Leave some respect for the Man.

If Bruce was alive he would still be the best martial artist in the world. He was very disiplined and took great care of his body. he was so good he even made up a new fighting syle calle Jeet Kune Do ( the way of intercepting the fist)
