You have to cut back on the starches, bread, pasta, potatoes. Some advice, get rid of the banana for lunch, bananas believe it or not can make you gain weight, eat a different fruit in its place. And why 2 sandwiches? Listen, I run a business with the number one health and nutritional comany in over 50 countries. We help ppl lose weight, and our products can even improve your overall health. Looks good but change the potatoes to yams or sweet potatoes. And add fruit to your breakfast. You are eating too much food at lunch compared to the other two. And what are the sandwiches like? As long as you have fruit, veggies and protein..you are good to go. And add an aerobic activity at least 3 times a week for 20-30 min.

you should be varying your calorie intake with more protein prior to working out, 4 light meals a day and drinking water regularly and you will see muscles build with fat loss.

That's way too much exercise for nothing. Get a job in construction or go mow your lawn..
