I met my boyfriend two months ago. She found me on a social activities group. He added me as his friend. They have been broken up for 1 1/2 years. She sent me an email telling me their past, supposed bad things about him and etc. I told her to move on and focus on something else because our relationship is none of her business at all. Now she is text messaging him all the time with "crazy" messages and saying how she found me on another social site.

Silent and ignoring is the best policy in this case. A brilliant man once said, "If i have done it. I'll admit. Cos defending is just denying. But if i have not done it. Then why would i need to defend myself at all?" I have a ex gf that is just as "crazy" if not worst.. than this. Its been slightly over a yr now.. and she is till making her presense felt. But, its fading off. Time is the best defender.:) So, just focus on nurturing your r/ship with your guy and enjoy every moment! Cheers.

Maybe her email has merrit? She did spend a year with him where as you have known him 2 months. She knows him better. He could be lying to you. You hardly know him. Why hasnt he cut ties? Is there more to the story? Maybe she's trying to give you a heads up on the guy. Some guys are jerks and dont change. It can take a long time to really get to know someone.

It sounds like something he may need to deal with. If he can't get rid of his ex, then you may need to re-evaluate where your relationship is going.

I, personally, would ignore her as best as I can. She wants some kind of reaction from you. If you don't react, she has nothing to feed off of.

If he reacts to her, its the same way. But he does need to tell her to back off and that he doesn't want to hear from her. Are they still friends? It might be different if they were and she's jealous and still has feelings...

It's a rough situation, but the best thing to do is to urge him to tell her to back off in a nice way and if he doesn't seem to want to do it, there's something wrong.

I just think shes jealous and she really needs some help and maybe you should get your b/f to say something to her. has he talked to her about it? if not def try that first

You can't, she is what she is and will always be part of his life. There is nothing you or your boyfriend can do to change her, and it's arrogant of you to even think you can. If you can't handle that, then find a new boyfriend.

After all, that is why it's called dating.

buy your fella a new sim card so he gets new mobile number and get new email address too.let her see you with him and that you are happy.change your name on social sites cos she might be stalking you!!tell her you are sorry she is so unhappy with how he was with her but he has obviously got more feelings for you than he had for her cos he wouldnt dream of treating you the same way cos he adores you.

I think that it is up to your boyfriend to handle this situation, since she is still interested in him. Sounds to me that he needs to tell her to stop harassing the two of you. If he cannot do this, then you need to ask him questions such as , is he leading her on or what.
