God created all living creatures, including the angels. And God could not have created a morally free creature incapable of choosing to sin. Thus, Lucifer, being morally free had the potential to sin, which he did. Lucifer's sin was the same as the very first sin in Eden, the sin of pride that we could become like God by our own actions.

God.

There's debate on what Satan was created as. Some believe he is a fallen angel - basing this on scripture in the OT that is actually referring to a Babylonian king.

Others claim he was never good in the first place. John 8:44 says that people belong to Satan - who was a murder and a lier from the very beginning.

But yes God created Satan - and Satan roams this earth. Hell is also a creation of God - and Satan will end up there at the last judgment.

God created a very beautiful angel named Lucifer. He was more beautiful than all the other angels, and was given more power. It went to his head and he decided that he wanted to challenge God for power over all creation. So the angel fell. He became evil itself, we call him Satan or the Devil. No being will ever be farther away from God. When Adam and Eve were created, God intended them to be eternal beings, always in his presence. But Satan tempted them, and they failed. They weren't strong enough. Basically, what happened is Satan came between the first humans and God. So ever since the world has been 'ruled' by Satan because sin rules the world. We are no longer born with the divine right to be in God's presence but have to work for it and turn away from sin and the devil. In the earth's final days God will conquer Satan and he, along with all other evil and sin, will be judged and banished to the eternal fires of hell.

God, He is the only creator. Satan was an angel (i believe God gave angels free will just like he gave us) and he sinned, there was a battle fought in heaven between the good angels and the bad angels (one third of them were bad). Satan lost and God created hell for the devil to dwell in with all his minions.

God created Satan, He was an angel named Lucifer and the most beautiful of all the angels. He rebelled against God and because of his rebellion will be judged on the last day.

If you beleive in Satan(the Devil) then you probably believe in God. In which case Satan was once Lucifer the angle that sat at the right hand of God. Lucifer wanted to be worshipped above God so he and his followers were cast down from heave and stripped of there holy names. God created the angles so God created Satan

God. Satan was an angel wit free will. God did not make Lucifer evil, He allowed it due to His promise of our free will. : )

And you do not have to be a bad person to Satan win you over, just wait a little bit longer with your decision to be in God's team. : )

Satan is your lower, animal, carnal self being catered to and put above your higher, human, spiritual self. God created everything, even Satan. Although, evil is turning away from God, who is Good.

The human mind. People are hard-wired to think in terms of people, or at least human type entities whom they can interact with. So who must be creating all the evil in the world? Some red guy. Yeah, that's it, a red guy.
