Well I am 5'8" and my weight range is supposed to be 145-155pounds. I weigh 152pounds. Your range is a little similar. I would say about 125 at the least. You could probably go up to 155-160pounds. It is kinda hard to say how high to go because of body builds but definatilty dont go under 125pounds.

200 lbs sounds like too much to me. It depends on your frame and build. You can find a chart online. Key in something like, weight chart for females.com They go by your structure and height.
I just looked it up online for you under nutribase.com/fwchartf.shtml
For your height it said, small frame 118-127
medium frame 124-139 large frame 133-150.
Good luck.

There is no such thing as a perfect weight to height ratio. It all depends on how you are built. You can search your BMI (body mass index) to see if you're considered a "healthy weight". But even then, you can't rely only on that.

It's different for everyone. I am 5'6" and I weigh 125. 6 months ago I weighed 147. I am much more comfortable where I am now.

between 65 and 235 pounds.....
Seriously depends on build , shape fat, muscle etc....
Don't worry about weight, go by how you look and feel. If you are in good physical shape then don't worry about the #
