Sounds to me like you are through unless he can come up with a convincing reason why he told you that it was a business lunch and you determined later that it was not. Stop guessing and just come out and ask him if you are through. Do not be afraid to hear the truth for then you can decide how to conduct your life with or without him.

If they were just having lunch I dont see what the problem is? I had lunch with one of the guys I work with, we are both married. It is no big deal. Just lunch.

That's uncalled for. Make him explain. If he can't,make him know that this relationship is not a joke to you and that it hurts to see him having lunch with another women. If it was a sudden arrangement, he should have called you and let you know. Tell him if he loves you, this will nevah (not never, NEVAH) happen again or its thru!!!!!
