Religion is the last bastion of ignorance. It is the only part of modern life that needs no proof for someone to believe. If I told you I could fly without the aid of any other device except my belief, would you believe me? Would you not require proof that I can do this, or would you just believe me since I told you it is so? Very simplistic example, but why do we believe in this God that apparently exists but shows no proof of himself? Religion will be the undoing of mankind. Look through history and try to find any war between peoples that does not have religion or some kind of superiority belief at it's base. Difficult isn't it?

Why do human beings believe in Christianity while it branches off of Judaism and leeches off of Paganism? =) it is mankind attempting to describe/outline something this is previous our comprehension. i'm beneficial fairly some that's made up... yet i'm no longer so speedy to throw the child out with the bathwater while it is composed of those issues. I prefer to take an easy look into it and attempt to no longer be biased.

That is not true. Just take an easy example, why do we have so many different ways of cooking potatoes i.e. fried, baked, boiled, bbqed, etc? Does that means that they are not real method of cooking? Does that mean that by doing it these different ways that they are not potatoes anymore? No my dear, it is just in these ever-evolving world, there are people with different personalities and preferences but the core is that they are all connected by the same core belief. What ties us all as human beings? The fact that we are humans! Despite the different in taste, appearance, preference, etc

Christianity is the main religion. Some don't like the way Christians do things, and they go off on a different direction.

It's just a different form of evolution. Each religion evolved from the previous one. That's why there are so many similarities between all of the religions. Cultural reasons play a part as well.

People are entitled to their own opinion. As long as the basic premise is still the same, we are all striving for the same Christian goals. All religions are not just "made up." God is real and without faith it is hard for the average person to believe in God.

That is your opinion.
How can you say such things?
Have you done your research and showed faith and lived the commandments to find out?
God is not going to put it on a platter for you.

all religion is not based on christianity. Christianity is based on other religions. Every Christian holiday there is is based on a pagan one. Please do your homework on different religions before you say that there are all like Christianity.
