You need a vet check her for mites or infection. Also some foods can cause alergies and itching. Our pets need quality pet food. Read the ingredients list and learn what the stuff on there is and what it does (or does not do) to/for our pets. A quick pet food 101. If the pet food contains corn/corn products or by products it is a poor quality food. Do not pay attention to advertising, they all say there food is great. Corn is a filler that can trigger skin problems. (allergies, skin problems, itching and excessive shedding) By products is anything from an animal not fit for human consumption, including cancerous tissue. Quality foods have meat as the first ingredient. California Natural, Solid Gold, Innova and Merrick are a few of the best brands available. Have you had her ears checked for a possible infection. Dogs can get yeast build up in their ears causing them to itch and certain environmental cues can cause them to get worse. The yeast also causes a bad odor to come from the ears. There may also be the possibility of ear mites. Have your vet take a look so you can get the proper medication.

She could have an ear infection or alot of wax buildup. Are her ears red inside? Usually thats a sign of infection. For wax buildup I use a doggy ear cleaner on my pug. You just squirt a few drops in the ear and massage outside the ear to get it working and then use a cotton or pet wipe to clean out any residue inside. But if its an infection you might have to take her to the vet

She might have "mites" or if you had her trimmed recently they could have snipped the inside of her ear a little. You can google dog ear mites to find out how to get rid of them.
