There is also a spot behind Shimen 1 Lu (get off Nanjing Rd West exit on Line 2) and they have lots of items there really cheap if you negotiate correctly.

However, there isn't a new spot where all the vendors congregate in a single spot like XiangYang market. By the way if you walk close to the old Xiang Yang market, there will be a lot of people asking you to go with them to a secret spot where they store all their fake rubbish.

They still have all these stuff, they just have to hide it a little. its not as open as it use to be at XiangYang market.
