Easy Cheesy Meatloaf Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat 3/4 c. bread crumbs 2 cans tomato sauce 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. onion, chopped Salt and pepper 6 slices cheese Cooking Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, bread crumbs, 1 can tomato sauce, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Pat out half of mixture into a loaf pan; lay cheese down on top of meat, then pat remaining meat on top of that. Be sure to press edges of meat so that cheese won't melt over and run in bottom of pan. Bake for about an hour or 1 1/2 hours.

Buy an onion, a green bell pepper, a head of garlic, all purpose seasoning if you don't have it already (I like to use Adobo) a can of tomato sauce (the unseasoned small ones)

Start browing ground beef in a sauce pan or frying pan
Add 1 can of tomato sauce and sprinkle genrously with all purpose seasoning ( I use Adobo, about 1/2tbsp per one pound of beef)
Take half a medium onion
half a green bell pepper
5 cloves of garlic (crushed or minced)
You can mix these in a food processor or add them to your meat finely chopped
Cook meat til completely browned

You can make this your base to a delicious Sheppard's Pie by layering it with mashed potatos and corn. You can use this as the base to the most amazing meat spaghetti sauce you have ever tried (sorry I know you don't want to hear that but just throwing it out there! lol) You can add a can of pink or red beans and serve with rice <--- It's absolutely amazing! You can use it as lasagna meat. You can make mexican tacos by adding this to taco shells and topping with lettuce and tomatos!

Or instead of cooking the meat as is you can make it into hamburger patties and have a new twist on an American Classic.

Have fun cooking & Enjoy ;-)

It's fast, easy and absolutely delicious!

Taco salad.

brown 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef and drain
open a package of taco seasoning and make it as directed on the package.
add a half cup of salsa to the meat while it's simmering for 30 minutes.

All you do is layer some corn tortilla chips, taco meat, shredded lettuce, mexican shredded cheese, tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, black olives, jalepeno peppers, and refried beans (all of these ingredients are optional and to your liking) in a long deep baking dish. You can also add some taco sauce on top. Serve and enjoy.

I make this thing called salsa meat. All you need is ground beef and salsa. Brown the ground beef and pour in a large jar of salsa. I stir it in and let the meat simmer for about ten minutes. Serve with tortilla chips like a taco salad. Cheap and delicious. Top with cheese if you'd like.

ok - the name is gross but it's so yummy! came from an old recipe from grade school but has been jazzed up over my years of cooking:

beef & barf (told you - gross)
ground beef w/ sliced mushrooms, onions, garlic, salt & pepper
after you drain beef add 2 packets of dry brown or mushroom gravy and water per directions - gravy will thicken w/ meat as it cooks
make a batch of mashed potatoes (however you like to make them!)
on your plate make a mound of potatoes and then poor some of the meat mixture over them.
(when you stir them together on your plate they have a look...well, that's where the name comes from!)

i loved it growing up - my parents loved it - now my husband and kids love it!
