I am going to England next week, and I was wondering if the liquids ban has been lifted yet. I want to bring some makeup with me (foundation, blush, and lipstick as well as acne medication), but I don't know if I will have to get rid of it if I want to get on the plane. What is the maximum amount that I can bring onto the plane?
By the way, I am traveling on Virgin Atlantic Airways for your information.

Call the airline to make sure, but I believe that the ban was with carry on items only. I believe that as long as you don't try to carry them on the plane, it's fine. Just pack them with your luggage and send it on it's way at the check in counter. Have fun!

You can bring solids in the carry on luggage, but not liquids, including foundation. You can put as much as you like in the hold.
