I always hear that global warming will cause hurricane and that rising co2 will kill all the plants. but how will global warming cause hurricanes? Also plants grow best when co2 is at twice the levels that it is at now. so how will that kill plants?

I am just looking for answers. I have heard that side of the argument now I want the other side, so don't be hostile please. These are all real facts. So look them up for yourself before you tell me that they are wrong. once again I am not trying to shoot down global warming I just have honest questions.

The reason for more storms and hurricanes is the change of ocean temperature and rising sea level due to polar melting and changes in ocean currents. And if you give something too much of what it needs it gets sick and dies. The big reason there is more CO2 is the fact we have less rain forest in the world due to destruction of the Amazon rain forest for animal farms and most of that deforestation is done by burning.
The more plant and trees the better the air, the healthier the plants. When plats are alive they take co2 and give off o2, but when they die all the give off is co2 when they rot.

Hurricanes and other tropical cyclones are formed and fueled by warm water in the tropics. Thus, it would seem logical that as the tropical temperatures increase, there would be more hurricanes. The problem with this is that global warming will not occur at a uniform rate across the earth. Warm humid regions, like the tropics, will show considerablely less warming than cold dry regions such as the poles. This is because water vapor is also a greenhouse gas and the high percentage of atmospheric water vapor in tropics means that the net increase in total greenhouse gas concentrations will be much less than at the poles. Since the tropics will not warm up as much (if at all, some models show no net warming), the predictions of more hurricanes is probably incorrect.

I don't know why anyone would say increasing CO2 levels will cause the plants to die. Can you site reference for this.

HUrricanes form when there is a temperature difference between the warm ocean water and the cool air over it. THeoreticaly while the earth is warming the water temp will be higher than normal and will provide more fuel for the hurricanes.

I'm not sure if it will kill plants.. It will probably shift ecosystems though. So plants that currently exist in one location might find themselves in a desert where there was once a forrest. Those plants would die, but other areas that were once frozen might become forrests.
One problem with "plants" is algae in the ocean. As C02 concentration increases, it also increases the acidity in the ocean which makes it harder for the algae to survive.

Hurricanes get their energy from warm water, as others have said. Warmer water, more energy.

People are unsure if there will be more hurricanes, but pretty sure the ones we get will be stronger.

The problem is not CO2 killing plants in general. The problem is that modern agriculture is intensive, and very dependent on exact temperatures and precipitation. Global warming will alter the patterns of those. Rich countries can afford to redo their agriculture and irrigation systems, but it will cost huge sums of money. In poor countries already struggling to feed themselves a lot (not all) of people will die of starvation.

Since others have questioned global warming in general, I will point out there is massive scientific data showing that it is real, and the analyses include the sun, volcanoes, natural cycles etc. The best summary of the data is here:

If you ever get a chance, watch an HBO documentary called, "Too Hot Not To Handle." It goes into great detail about Global Warming. I don't know if I believe everything that people talk about, I mean after all we have had catastrophes since the beginning of time...but then you also have to think about the pollution we spew into our air, oceans and land, there has to be some major consequences sooner or later. It's just a matter of time. We have diseased our planet, we cannot deny that.

Hurricanes are driven by warm water.

Warming may where certain plants can grow, but in reality CO2 helps plants grow better since CO2 is an essential nutrient and it is easier for them to get CO2 without losing water if there is more CO2 so it is a benefit to them.

Increased hurricane intensity is expected as a result of increased ocean surface temperatures. http://www.ipcc.ch/SPM2feb07.pdf

I've never heard anyone say that higher CO2 levels will directly kill plants. But there is a concern that higher temperatures and drought will cause damage to plants in tropical and dry regions from Africa to Asia. http://www.reuters.com/article/environmentNews/idUSL1445511020070315?src=031507_0809_ARTICLE_PROMO_also_on_reuters

All subject matter regarding "Global warming" are speculative theories via scientists that have sided with global elitists that have agenda's to control various large profit companies, and people throughout the world, thus the fact is that our Sun has been emitting above normal range solar flairs, of which are causing abnormal weather conditions throughout the world. It is also argued by many scientists that the Earth is at the beginning stages of a new ice age...
