4 to 6 weeks, depending on how fast you hair grows

My hair stylist recommends getting your roots touched up every 6 weeks to prevent over-proccessing. If you touch up your roots too soon you may end up with brittle hair and dry scalp. The best thing to do is wait 6 weeks in between getting relaxer/color touch ups. Always keep hair well moisturized in between touch ups to help hair maintain a healthy moisture balance to prevent breakage. Hope this helps!

For color? If yes, that depends on how fast your hair is growing. Probably about every 4-6 weeks.

For color or relaxer, every six weeks. But really depends on your hair. They have straightening lotions that work in between to help avoid the use of harsh chemicals so often. They also have color rinses too.

Depends on whether you have all-over color or highlights. For all over color every 6-8 weeks is the norm, for highlights you can go as long as 3 months. Usually once it starts to look messy that's when to do it- you will be the best judge.

I do it every two months. Thats time enough for your hair to grow out and you wont be over processing it.
