My grown daughter had pain in her face. She had her teeth, and her ears, nose and throat checked. There was nothing wrong. She took over the counter pain medication almost by the bottle; just for some relief. Turns out. About two years later she had to have some work done on her teeth and was sent to a specialist. After questioning her, he found out that her bite on her back teeth (on each side of her mouth) did not meet properly. Turns out that was causing all that pain. She had to wear braces for about a year to correct the problem. The pain went away. She was 38 years old when this happened.

I suffer with sinusitis, and often it feels like tooth ache. In fact, for a while I was going back and forth to the dentist with no result.

I'd see your doctor asap as there could be several reasons for your pain. It's best to see to it now, get some relief from the pain, and get healthy again.

All the best.

Could be your sinuses. When they inflame they can also make you feel like you have got toothache. There are some at the top of your face by your cheekbone and some at the bottom near your jaw and teeth.

it might be a type of neuralgia. My mom had shooting pains down the sides of her face, from the trigeminal nerve. It was brushing up agains a blood vessel. Worst pain she's ever experienced. Might be of the same ilk. Go see a doctor.

Sort of neuralgia or nerve pain. Could be affecting your cheekbones as well. Paracetamol should help but if it continues see your doctor. More of a medical thing than dental.

You may have a sinus infection. A sinus infection will make your face and all your teeth hurt which will feel like you are having a toothache.
