I want to lose some weight before going back to school ( I am not over weight, but there is no law that says you can't want to lose weight) and I was wanting to know of some ways to lose 1 or more pounds in a two day period. I was thinking of drinking 20 glasses of water and eating hardly anything and working out, will that work? Please give me some more ways!!!

Eat fruits, veggies and cut out junk food and fried foods. Eat small amounts every three hours. I started doing that last week and I have lost 4lbs! Also, cut out all drinks besides water. It really does wonders for your body. Oh, and take a walk every evening for about 30 minutes. That's what I've been doing and all of this has helped me out tremendously.

It's normal to lose 1-2 pounds in a week. Don't eat less, your metabolism will slow down. For a quick pound loss, I would suggest a laxative to clear out your system. But don't abuse them.

You could but it wouldn't be healthy and you'd gain it back. Plus, it'd be water...if you really want the number to be different do like wrestlers and sweat it out but as for real fat loss? Not going to happen.

start mentally...
think about natural foods, after all, nothing is better for you than what nature gave us, such as fruit, vegitables, grains, etc. also think about eating raw foods, think how all other living things eat raw food, while humans eat cooked stuff. if one must cook it to render it edible, one wasn't intended to eat it.
watch out for oils, salt, fried foods, junks foods, over eating, long ingrediants list, preservatives, colorings, other additives, and suger.
hope I helped
