I'm sure the major high street pharmacies will sell them but I bet they are proportionally very expensive. You may be better off checking out your nearest assisted living store. There are on line like www.assistedlivingstore.com/adult_bibs.asp
that have a great range of aids. If the individual attends a day centre, for instance, why not ask them for some bibs? I'm sure they wouldn't mind giving you some - I know we use hundreds where I work and no one would begrudge anyone taking some home. Good look.

I am 'elderly' I have a very nice plastic neck trough which some one ties on for me whenever I go out for a meal to anywhere posh!!
Adult bibs for the elderly you must be joking????

Most major cities have them, as i don't know what city you are in, you are best googling 'Independent Living Centre' on your computer.
