i have a very oily, tanned and sensitive skin

Use equal quantities of orange juice, multani mitti and honey mixed to make a paste. Apply over face and neck and remove after 15 days.Prferably use before goingto bed at night. This is an excellent home made pack for tanned and oily skin.

Do not wash your face more than 2-3 times a day. Overwashing causes the skin to produce more oil to compensate. Also, use an oil free acne wash like Neutrogena. Use moisturizers and makeup that are oil free, and carry around oil blotting sheets. Try using a mud mask at least once a week.

Increase your intake of the B group of Vitamins. Go get yourself a multi B complex vitamin supplement from the chemist. When we are under stress our need for these vitamins increases and because they are water soluble we need to replace them on a daily basis.

Particularly B12 . Foods rich in B12 are: yeast, liver, eggs, milk, cheese and fish, kidney and pork.

Recommended daily intake adults is 2mcg.

B12 will also alleviate muscle and body aches and pains, address the oiliness of your skin, alleviate any heart palpitations or chest pains you may be having, increase your energy levels, maintain a healthy nervous system, relieve moodiness and irritability, ease depression, fatigue and exhaustion and improve concentration, memory and balance. Many of ways boil water and put ur face over it
and then wash ur face twice a day,get acne pads.dont eat candy or greasy foods and if u do wash ur face with warm water and dial soap right after it,when u sweat smoke anything wash ur face to keep all possiblel dirt out

As ur skin is oily keep washing ur face frequently 5-6 times with a homemade paste consisting equal quantities of bengal gram atta {channa},green gram atta {moong dal},a tea spoon of sandal wood powder and water .Apply it & WASH IT WITH LUKE WARM WATER AFTER 10-15MIN.and make sure u do not mix turmeric powder b'coz it favours TANNING.THERE WILL BE NO SIDE EFFECTS WITH THIS PASTE.....ALL THE BEST ......BYEEEEE.

You could try making a paste of sugar and lemon juice and rubbing it on your face daily. Klear Action also works but if you are in the sun while using it you will get burned on your face.

and use a good sunscreen lotion before going out
