See, I have two people in my head, one says: he's moving on, so should you. And the other says: He still loves me, i can feel it, wait for him. Who should I follow? The person in my head, or in my heart??

Whichever one is telling you to move on... if he's moving on, then why shouldn't you? And if he does love you still, he'll let you know soon enough. He'll probably be quicker to realize that he does if you start seeing someone else... it always works that way.
