yes. the poison must come out somehow. even though im happily married if someone got bit by a snake in front of me i wouldnt just stand there and do nuthin. ive often helped my hubby in his business of lawn care and ive often run across snakes and grew up where snakes were common. to possibly save someones life is a wonderful thing that is its own reward. hope this helps.

Sorry but you're not supposed to suck on the bite unless you first rinse your mouth with olive oil to coat it and keep the poison from being absorbed into your system. I don't carry olive oil on me so, uh, sorry, I probably would pass on playing Good Samaritan. You know what Darwin said...
