Cuban Cocktail recipe?

Has anyone got a good recipe for the Cuban cocktail Mojito (I think that is how it is spelled)

The best mojito that I have had is with Bacardi 8 year.

The recipe is

7-8 mint sprigs
2-3 lime wedges
.25 oz simple syrup (1/2 sugar 1/2 water)
muddle in glass

Fill glass to the top with ice
1.25-2oz of Bacardi 8 (depending how strong you want it)
fill the remainder of glass with soda water.

Garnish with Mint and Lime

The crucial step is muddling the mint, lime, and simple syrup because it is where all the acidity (refreshing flavor) comes from in the drink.

Scale ingredients to servings
3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
club soda







In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lemon slice and the remaining mint, and serve.

2 oz. Copa De Oro Coffee Liqueur
2 oz. Light Cream Combine cream and Copa De Oro in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well; strain into cocktail glass.
