Blow dry your hair upside down for that bouncy hair that you want.

Um "Mr. Evil", that was totally unnecessary. I wish I could...nevermind.

Anyhoo, a good blow-up really helps to keep it bouncy. Especially if it's done with the least amount of product possible. Clean hair has more bounce and vibrance.

Long? Honey, good diet and trims do the treat. But genetics may hinder.

So maybe blow dry it with a defrizzing serum and maybe a straightening cream also - using a big round brush. Make sure to try and pull the roots up away from your scalp for body. Then flat iron smooth.

I usually wrap my hair immediately after to keep it from reverting back, and to keep the body and bounce in it.

It might be different for you. I have weird "white girl" textured hair, especially when blown out straight. I"m the brown chick you see walking around with the bouncy hair sometimes. LOL I hate fake hair so I try not to use 'em. But to each his own...

Hope that helps.
