well i was going out with this guy for like 2 years right and well idk i want to get over him but its to hard all i think about is him plz help ....!!!!!!!! ohhh yea were not going out no more and his with someone else :(

I'd find a new interest and it does not have to be another man. For me it was a hobby (sewing). I made clothes for myself and others. Then I decided to figure out what I liked about me! I put 3X5 cards around (e.g. mirrors) proclaiming my positives. (Someone else will cherish them.) Lastly, I concentrated on how long I could go without thinking of my ex. Start with minutes and build. By the way I'm 65 I know only I can allow someone or something to have space in my head or my life.

Aww....This reminds me of my self ...my best friend is a guy and I was so in love with him(atleast I thought I was) but anyway I found out he didn't love me back, and of course I was kinda heartbroken,but I got over it. how??? well I put my mind on other things , and thought about other boys , and stopped acting so depressed. I say you get out with a group of friends hit some parties and clubs and flirt till your blue in the face, that way you will be having fun and finding a new guy who will love you , and maybe once your ex sees that you have moved on , he'll be the one HEARTBROKEN NOT YOU

I am so sorry, I know how you feel.
Can you tell us why you broke up? and who broke up with who? Does he know that you still think about him?
In the mean time I think the best way to stop thinking about him is keeping yourself busy. Workout, fine yourself a hobby, go out with friends, get yourself a personals profile on yahoo or any other dating service and just keep yourself busy, very busy.

as hard as it can be try not to show your pain infront of him especially when he's with his new girl. he is trying to get you jealous and as much as he will deny that it hurts him he will not show it and he will continue to get with other girls and make out with them in your face but please what ever you do don't do the same thing as him. i am not saying it's not ok to get with someone else but only until you are ready to let youself be loved by someone who will love you not like him that only hurted you. it will take some time but just remember ther is someone out there for you that will arrive when you least expect it. don't look for love, love will find you. and it will be better than before. it will be the best one for you.

You don't always get over the loss of a loved one you adjust to the loss.Give yourself time and enjoy your new found freedom.Go out with your friends, have a new hairdo, buy some new clothes and have fun.

If you really loved him ... forget him if he is not around anymore. It is simple to get over anyone but not worth losing your precious love meanings even if it was directed to the wrong person.
Just keep peaceful until these floods of feelings find their right track once more.

Its hard but give it some time and keep your mind occupied with other things. Hang out with your friends, if any and try to realise that just because it didnt work out with him, doesnt mean that you wont find someone more compatable with you. Just give it time.

You just have to get someone else like he did. Once you get someone else your mind wont be on him so much..it will be on the person you're with. Of course you wont just 4get about your ex since u love him but it will help getting someone else! :)
