I feel like I'm eating too much food...but then again, I'm really worrried about food intake lately. So,yeah. I've just finished lunch and this is what i've eaten thus far today. Peach lowfat yogurt, 6 inch turkey sub with provalone cheese on white ( i knew i should have went for the wheat wrap...) and 6 ounces of iced tea. I'm planning on 2 cups of linguine with tomatoe sauce or butter and salt for dinner and then my usual 150 calorie protein shake after practice. Plus, much more water throne in there. I'm fairly active, with a basketball practice for 3 hours a day and then usually an hour on my own. What do you think? I'm just really worried about it.

I don't think you are taking to much food in at all........I would even consider throwing in a snack right before practice like some wheat crackers or some raisins or an apple since it doesnt' sound like very much fruit is going in. Maybe do like a granola or ceral bar and an apple that way you don't get too low on energy! And drink some gatorade that is good for you and replaces electrolytes you might be losing with those long practices.....good luck!

That sounds really good and really healthy....white bread isn't unhealthy when done in moderation...just remember that word...moderation. ;-) Plus with all your exercise that you do it'll burn off any of those extra calories that you put into your system. For the butter, try to use the light butter instead of the regular. I like using I Can't Believe It's Not butter Light kind. For the protein shake, depending on when you eat dinner, maybe you could have it before your game so you can burn off what you drink. Just an idea. =)

It sounds like you are doing a good job planning out your meals and you shouldn't have to worry about overeating any, so don't worry about it because you will eventually lose the weight in the basketball practice, anyways.

I have found an awesome site to get free samples. I get all sorts of new products that haven’t even hit the market yet. It is kind of like a beta testing site for new products. They test everything from food to beauty samples to video games. Here is the site.

sounds like ur good. a mistake a lotta people make is not counting their calorie intake or sugar intake. sugar turns into fat. i go for diet when i want soda. and sugar free products are great when i want something sweet, like pudding. ur yogurt might be loaded with sugar, no matter what the fat content is. check the sugar! sneaky facking culprit #1.
