We were just friends, addiction is now between us. calling, sms and mailing daily ... Think it is more intimate. He send me gifts often, calls me often, care and attention, offer help, he says "I like you much", "You are so special to me" and finally "I got feelings for you" ... why then I am little scared and hesitant sometimes though I feel happy and like him as well?

Right now, you are scared about being in a commited relationship. You like the friendship between the both of you and if you act on being in a relationship, then you're afraid that you may lose him as a friend. Here's my advice, right now, you shouldn't persue the relationship simply due to the fact that you have all of these mixed feelings. If you start the relationship now having those mixed feelings, your relationship won't last. I would wait until I knew for sure that I liked him with no doubt. Good Luck!
