The advantage of getting blonder/caramel highlights is that gray roots at the top of your head might be a bit more obscure.

However, if you go darker, the dye might be easier on your hair.

Since summer is coming and you have strong hair, I vote for blond/caramel highlights.

If you want men to think you're pretty, go lighter. We get stuck seeing you women do all sorts of strange things to your hair. I think Nicole has a great body but iffy taste in hair. If her boss's brother weren't Jonathan Antin her hair wouldn't look even half as good as she does.

I say darker brown with copper highlights. If you want get some light brown lowlights. It think your hair would look great. Good luck. I wish I had thick hair. Mines long, thin, blonde, and curly. :(

Sounds gorgeous. Am envious as mine is dyed dark brown, but doesn't look as nice as my once-natural dark hair of years ago. How about having some low-lights put in?

If you're gettiny grey hair, always dye it a little lighter then it was, never never dye it darker. If you do dye it darker you get a ''hard'' face.
Maybe you can ask your hairdresser for his/hers opinion.

I have naturally dark brown hair as well I also have some grey to cover. when I color my hair I use Auburn Brown and it turns out just right. the color gives my grey some nice golden highlights, just depends on the color you prefer!

you shouldn't dye it at all it will ruin your hair and if u want to get rid of the occasional Gray hair go to the hairdressers every 2 weeks and have a trim but you shouldn't dye it
