I am due May 16th/ 2007 everything I got I bought new so I just have to give it a wash in the baby soap make sure its clean for him but how long should I wait

It won't hurt to do it now, while you have tons of energy...you may not feel like doing laundry at the end of pregnancy. Just put everything in drawers rather than the closet. They'll still be clean and smell good when the baby comes. Enjoy this little bit of preparation-and don't be emabarrassed to take the tiny clothes out to look at and smell from time to time...the anticipation is part of the fun! Since you're obviously feeling good now, you might even want to pack your hospital bag and get some meals frozen for the post-partem period.

Try Dreft. I heard it is the best for baby clothes. And you should start washing just a few weeks away from your due date.

Try Dreft! I would start the 5th of may cause u can always go in labor early. I had each of my kids two weeks before my due date. GOOD LUCK!!

I would wash them in the begining of may. That way they don't sit and collect dust but you still have enough time to do it incase you go 2wks early

GO AHEAD AND WASH EVERYTHING WHILE YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT IT AND BEFORE YOU GET TOO EXHAUSTED. ALSO, YOU NEVER KNOW IF THE BABY COMES EARLY AND IF IT DOES, YOU WILL NOT HAVE TIME OR ENERGY TO DO IT THEN.

1 to 2 weeks before you have the baby is best you don't want to do it to early and then have to redo it best wishes to you and you new little one
