Two cups of tea and two cups of coffee a day are recommended as these supply antioxidants. However the moment you add milk to either it destroys this.

Whilst green tea is good, any tea is good and contrary to what a lot of people say - white tea is by far better than green tea!

Most fizzy drinks carry far more caffeine and that wonderful drink - cocoa - the one they tell you to drink last thing to send you to sleep - has many time the amount of caffeine than is found in any other drink!!!!

Coffee. I'm horribly addicted to caffeine so I hit Starbucks almost every day. However, I do like tea and am drinking more tea instead of soda. Better for me than all the sugar.

I choose both, Coffee and Tea,,,. however, I have coffee to keep me awake for the day... Drink tea in the evening, particularly Chamomile in the evening. so that when I adjourned to bed,,, I can have better sleep... My favourite coffee is Ipoh white coffee..... Umphh.. the tasty aroma and you dont have to pay too much for it.

Tea is better for you because tea has more vitamins and nutrients that the body needs while coffe has only caffeine and the body doesn't really need the caffeine.

Tea is great, specially of the green variety. So many health benefits and the really expensive japanese ones have such great taste with no bitterness liek cheap shitty supermarket brand

Grenn tea because it is natural, decaffinated, and cleanses the system!
