How to fix light red hair color to a medium blond color?

I've recently dye my daughters dark brown hair using a few blond colors from revlon, and her hair came out to be a light red color almost orange...It looks more copper almost like a penny color!! that was'nt the color that she want it... She wants it medium blond ! and now I don't know how to fix it, I've tried light ash blond to fix the problem but it did not worked... Please help!!

You'll have to take her to a salon and get a corrective color. Ask for someone that specializes in it.
